Been a customer of Virgin Mobile since 2005. Today they lost all record of any account we've ever had. They won't unlock our phone (is that not illegal?!) so we can transfer it to another provider. We've been on the phone with them for hours all day. I will never use this company again.

If you ever decide to go with this company just expect that their customer support team is horrible. I called customer support 6 times already and Every time they tell me it's fixed I have to jump through another hoop to wait longer. My phone hasn't worked for 1 month and they have only taken off $50.00 off my phone bill for the trouble of not helping me properly. It's been over a month and they want me to wait longer just to fix my damn phone!! ??

Love that I switched to Virgin. Prices are better than Telus which is why I made the switch. I had been a faithful Telus customer for more than 20 years till they kept making their prices less affordable. Virgin has friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Even when calling the customer service number I am always treated well.

Like other phone stores, it feels a bit pushy and you leave feeling like you could be getting more out of the deal. The staff are helpful dispute this. Phones and accessories are expensive but you can get some good deals with them on phone plans.

The technician helped in an efficient manner to deal with my cell phone concerns. He was informative and patient making this a positive experience for me. I left the store feeling grateful for his help.

Horrible customer service. The first 16 months were fine with no problems, on the 17th month I got stuck with a $500 bill, I called virgin mobile and 5 different representatives could not clearly tell me why my bill was so high. Instead they simply said "Well you used that much thats why your bill is high" I set up a payment arrangement with 2 different reps to pay $200/monthly until the bill was caught up only to my suprise, on the day they told me to call back to make the first payment they had already taken the entire $500 bill from my bank. When I called back to try and find out what had happened I was told "Well that was what you owed" 100% would not recommend, the customer service employees clearly do not care about the customers.

The people were great!!! Helpful...the people on the phone were terrible...poorly run company...was rude on the phone and went to Koodo after....12 years as a client and to be treated this way discusses me.
