★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife has had no luck any time she has gone there. This most recent time there was four people working, only one other customer in the store and she still had to go to the register to ask for help. The reaction was a roll of her eyes, a tilt of her head and a lousy overall attitude. Ended up purchasing nothing with no desire to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody willing to help. The associates are more concerned with putting away merchandise or hanging in the back. Very poor customer service and the store is always cluttered with shipping boxes out on the floor. Associates need customer service training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sry.. don't like giving bad reviews , but heard from other people great sandals. First pair I bought cut in to the sides of my feet and gave me blisters. Second pair I bought half a size bigger same thing so now $140 later I'm wearing socks with the sandals. Probably would have been best to go to a cheaper store. :-(

But I entered and waited for help. One team member was busy trying to help everyone while another sat behind the register. The one behind the register made eye contact with myself but never came out to help and it seemed I needed to wait for the other team member.
I waited about 10 mins for my turn for the girl on the floor. Unfortunately she bypassed me and offered to help another customer who just walked in.
I was frustrated that the girl behind the counter saw what happened and said nothing. I think she needed some training. I walked out and purchased somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I had a gift certificate to softmoc, I went online and ordered a pair of slippers.I used the gift certificate and paid the remainder of the balance with my debt. It was super easy to place a order. I called ahead the staff checked and confirmed my order was ready for pick up. Super polite on the phone and very helpful. When I went to the store I was greeted by the staff I picked up my order and that was it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I very happy with the service I had a not so wonderful experience before and I have made multiple online purchases. So the staff has very stepped up the positive attitude and customer service. So it was a good experience and I will be returning or ordering online and going to for pick up . Thanks ? There's good sales and selection , some really great quality products
