Dont buy anything from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The representatives are not well mannered, they always try to ignore you and doesn’t treat you well. I had the worst experience at the pine centre shop. I tried to ask them for a product and they started arguing with me and I didn’t said anything. They told me to me get out of the store, I was shocked with that kind of behaviour. They deserve a ZERO STAR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the most knowledgable and friendly staff I've met in a long time!! Always really patient with me and i appreciate their service so much, even if the stock is a bit low. but i'm happy to order through the store just to have friendly customer service anyway :)
all of the negative reviews seem horribly suspicious, detailing the same issue over and over but they were all posted on the same date... if that is how that customer is acting in the reviews here, i cannot imagine the harassment they put the staff through!! likely for an issue out of their control! grow up!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a witness to a horrific event caused a few days ago with a "manager" and a customer. Have never seen such an unprofessional, horrific site of a manager screaming and cussing out a Father with a 4 year old son. Literally the whole mall watched and I was astound. Customer walked out and left quietly and was with to do over "covid rules". Also see an "Anom Yous" post in past day was posted and would expect it to be the worker of the store. Quite immature and many other 1 star reviews posted about workplace unprofessionalism. Think Owners need to step up and rethink of hiring people that would benefit their business. Will not ever go in there and feel sorry for the little kid that had to witness that too.

They're doing your jobs... do you truly believe people come to work looking to be constantly provoked by grown men that can't follow simple rules? Imagine how weighing that must be. Do better.

I walked in with my son, masks on, etc. Like everyone my mask can fall when I'm chatting. I was chatting with one clerk and when my mask fell and the other clerk abruptly reminded me to put it up. I said sorry, and it can fall when I try to talk. She said in a abrupt tone "I don't care".
Wow, I told her maybe I should take my business elsewhere when she replied good.
Lookout! They have a staff member on the hunt for anyone she thinks is a anti-masker. Then she told my son and I that we don't know the people she has to deal with.
Yikes. She needs to find something that makes her happy. Cause sales isn't that.
