★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location sucks, sadly I’ve always been a fan of Spencer’s & shop regularly but after this past experience regarding my daughter who is deaf wears implant & hearing aids was refused access to enter the shop for being medically except as the mask wearing causes her hearing aid to scream constant. Very disappointed. Won’t shop here again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a medical condition that i cant wear a mask and i told them that and they wouldnt let me in to shop here. I came from out of town and havent had a problem before. Wasted my time and money coming here. I will be taking my shopping elsewhere now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at Spencer's today with my two kids today. We'd been walking around for 10 minutes or so before a woman approached, asking if I had a mask. Upon telling her I'm exempt (I have Asthma severe enough that I require the rescue inhaler at least twice a day, and very recently came close to death due to anaphylactic shock to an unknown allergy, the anxiety not being able to freely breath is real) she told me it didn't matter.
They discreetly proceeded to call the cops/security.
However, I was allowed to pay for my son's things before leaving... :/ While at the til, the man canceled the call.
I understand the employees are following what the higher ups lay out, I remained respectful. But this is crossing the line into discrimination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly and great staff! However.... So much cultural appropriation. They sell sage and dreamcatchers which directly undermines indigenous owned businesses. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ love the products and have bought many things. staff is always respectful except one experience. i had a question about returning an item and i got treated with the lowest level of respect. i got a passive aggressive response and got treated like i was a child the whole way through my purchase and time there (i’m 19).
