★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent clothes at a good price. The store itself is clean and in good order. The only issue I have is that the men's area is essentially a tiny corner of the store with very little product. Not exactly an issue with this location specifically, but the company in general. (As I assume most locations are similar to this layout)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the store today shopping for a trip. I really needed shorts. I found some really great shorts. However I waited to get into a change room and no one came. A girl walked past me, grabbed a ladder and went to the front of the store to work on displays, another girl was swamped at the cash desk alone and finally there was another girl just hanging out. No one greeted me upon coming in, no one acknowledged me the entire 20 minutes I was in the store. I left the store without trying on my items and without purchasing them. And I will never be back! I am appalled at the lack of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found the staff to be quite rude when I was in there. I'm not sure how these kids got their jobs but I think the Management should learn better hiring procedures. Whatever they are doing is definitely not working for them. Great prices on the clothing but the quality was cheap, which is what i would expect for the price anyway so I really don't give them a rating for that anyway. 1 star just for existing. lol. I'm happy to go over to Ricki's and all the other great stores for a 4 star experience...and clothing that won't fall apart after a couple of washes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today with a friend of mine and found an item I was really excited about. I went to try it on but I couldnt find a single employee to get me a fitting room. It doesn't help that the employees have no tags or anything to distinguish them from the costumers. I eventually got a change room and after trying on my item I had decided to purchase it. The lady at the cashier register was incredibly rude on so many levels. This was possibly the worst experience I've had at a clothing store before. The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. Will not be shopping here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very poorly managed establishment. They are desperate for people to work with them yet cannot effectively hire the right people. As someone who has studied on a minor basis of business. The entire store is a mess and everything is on for sale. Makes the store look like it is clearing out to close down rather than attract new customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was an option to put zero that's what I would have put, my sisters were just tryna look around and the workers there framed them both by sticking tags on the side of their backpacks just before they could leave, and told other costumers going in to not worry about them and that they're just dealing with some "things" and pointed right at them because they're indigenous, my sisters said they were really nice to other people who walked in but not certain race like them, they got followed around the store while they kindly greeted only white people. Never going to be shopping here again and it used to be our favorite place to go.
