★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a loyal customer. I went in about 2 weeks ago to buy a hat. I came with my family and the employee informs me of an additional 40% ticket price on clearance items. I pick one and a hat, the wife picks a shirt and my son gets a hat, all are included in the buy 1 get 2nd half off so knowing the cheapest item was 24.99 that should've been half price. We go to pay and I decide to use my $50 credit on the employees suggestion. Thinking we're in for a great deal. We pay we leave and realize that none of the promotions where used and he didnt honour his 40% clearance price. I go back and he says he doesnt understand why it never processed that way. Took a picture and asked for me to return. I've visited the store 3 times and no answers. I have no problem spending money on items we enjoy. But it's a huge problem to be misled and taken advantage of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been into this store twice recently. The first time i wasn't even greeted, as the one person there was too concerned about what was going on with her cellphone. I did a quick scan of the hats and left as it seemed i was a bother being in there anyways. The second time i was greeted by an employee, but the pricing on the hats is so out to lunch its not even funny. Exactly same hat at 2 other shops in the mall. is $12 less before tax.
