The customer service is unbelievably awesome. Can't wait to go back and buy some swag. Check them out. New favorite spot in the mall. Thank you again. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and sterile procedure when getting my nose re pierced today.. There was no sterile drape used to place sterile equipment on. Pretty sure the forceps that were used were not cleaned properly, nor was the tray. The sterile needle was placed on a paper towel which makes it no longer sterile. My nose was not cleaned properly during the actual piercing. Over all the sterility needs a lot of work. was truly questioning the cleanliness during my experience. Not to mention I did not see proper hand hygiene before she started, and her gloves were way too big making the whole experience seem super juvenile and unprofessional.
