★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service ever was ignored most of the time. little or no help from staff will never ever go back to that store. you only get one time to shine that was your time and you failed. went to your competitor in and out in 20 minutes and spent $600.00 bucks. your loss for having poor staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today my best friend, girlfriend and me made a trip to Tip Top Tailors to replace some clothes after a pen blew up in the dryer. This was my first time there and the experience will definitely keep me coming back. Darrin was our personal stylist and we had a lot of fun buying some sharp new outfits from him. Great place to shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store lacks everything. There is no order behind the till and elsewhere. Sure enough our suit rental was forgotten and we are are now without a suit. Bummer!
Big corporate is saving on employees. One guy is running the entire place and he has no training. He simply forgot to put in the order or someone else did. Do not trust them. An event ruined by a total lack of order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in Prince George to do some suit shopping for a friend's upcoming wedding. We had been to one other store before going to Tip Top and the customer services there was terrible. We were pretty much ignored for the 1/2 hour we were in the store.
We walked in to Tip Top and in the first 5 mins of our visit there the staff knew more about the wedding then the other place in the entire time we were there.
The service and attention was top notch and our rather large party walked out with the suits they wanted plus a leather jacket. After some discussion some of the guys went back to do a couple of adjustments to the order and were equally as pleased with the service. I am so sorry at this point that I can't remember the name of the gentleman that served us but I will highly recommend them to everyone who needs a suit in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered ties for a wedding over 6 weeks ago, and was told when I initially ordered them it should only be 2 weeks to arrive. Every time I have called to follow up, I’ve been told “they’re on their way” and “they should be here within a week” (for 4 weeks straight) Not once has anyone offered to try and track them down. Fingers crossed they actually arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. This used to be an awesome place to go get suits. I would go every year and buy 2 new suits. It has really lacked the last while since staff changes. Seems like no training and the fact that the employees don’t seem to care about helping customers in the store but would rather have personal conversations by the counter. I stood behind a gentleman for quite a while while he just chatted and payed no attention to me until I finally left. I was trying on a couple of suit jackets and wanted to try on more and find some information on sales but no one was interested in working. The old employees were much better. This place has really taken a dive. I recommend just going somewhere else and not even bothering here.
