Wonderful service, the person helping me was very friendly and informative, I always like to shop here for my accessories. My mom has an old phone, the person working helped her pick a new case for her, helped her with the phone and answered all the questions she had, without a problem, amazing customer service

I would give 0 stars if I could. I paid them $201.60 for a Samsung Screen Replacement, and it lasted week. it's been a while ago now. but in December I purchased a screen replacement for my Samsung, and it lasted like 1 week. I went in and had an agreement that they would replace it, but didn't have a display. by the time they got a new display for my phone I had covid. and didn't go in for a while cause I had a brand new phone to use. I went in to get my replacement and they would not honor the agreement. REPLY: Don't listen to these guys. I had no dmg on my screen, the tempered glass that they installed to protect the screen had a crack, and we all know that protector cracks very easily. I attempted to pull the screen protector off to show them (while one of them were watching), but just tryin to separate the tempered glass screen protector from the display had the entire display pull away. so it was an adhesion problem. I even had an agreement set in place with a worker to replace the screen once you received inventory. The company refused to honor this take your phones else where to repair, don't go with the lowest cost. I can't believe they are saying my screen had damage, when the adhesive that holds the screen just separated after a week.

I had to buy a new iPad and new iPhone and needed the glass protector screens for both and new protective cases for both and the clerk there was Mihir. He was so knowledgeable & helpful and knew the best cases for what I wanted and needed. He was very patient with me and made sure I understood everything about my new devices and how to look after them. He put on the glass screen covers & did an excellent job. He also said I could ask him for help again if I needed it. I would recommend this store and service highly ‼️‼️

Worst experience I had right before Christmas 2021. I was just curious what it would cost to fix a smashed look on the back of my S9 and the other case place said $70. When I asked this company they were so eager to fix my phone in ten minutes for $80 and than $70. Be careful with these careless workers here, they almost ruined my phone. I had to bring it back, because every time I held my phone it would make a snapping sound. I brought my phone right back to them and the workers spoke in their language in front of me AFTER I told them I was upset about this. My sister was with me when this happened and the boss guy, with the paper thin shirt, offered to put on a screen protector. I told them I didn't want my phone if it would make the snapping sound THEY created inside where the part was replaced. They assured the phone was fixed, but to their surprise I showed in front of them and my sister it was STILL making the noise. At this point I told them, this is why I am upset, Because they didn't care about my phone or me in first place.They tried to ignore me, and my problem they created; PLUS talk about me in their language in front of me. I was already very stressed out, because Christmas and bills and now this company is humiliating me. I thought I'd get my phone fixed for myself; which turned into a nightmare dealing with the workers here. I ended up crying, because it looked like no hope for them to fix what they have started. I said " I wish I never let you guys touch my phone" The phone ended up not making the sound in the end and they threw some cheap case on after. I didn't care about all that in the end. I just wish I wasn't involved with slummy money grabbers. I just wish it didn't happen at all and save me $78.87. I had to walk out of this store with feelings of being humiliated, because these guys were so keen on ruining my phone, and making me come in again to deal with THEIR rude attitude; because they messed up on their service! Watch out for the workers. They are just after money, and don't care about people behind it. Just the worst experience ever.
