He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help transfer data from the old phones to the new ones.

Russell was excellent at his job & called to let me know that changes we discussed had gone through & would be reflected on my next bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into Costco to upgrade my husband and I's phones and got the best service at the wireless kiosk!!!! It took 4 hours when all was said and done to get our phones upgraded but the guys working there were awesome!!! There was a bit of trouble in the beginning trying to get Roger's to let us end our last month of our contract so we could get new phones but MacKenzie and Kris were able to get that sorted out for us!!! Thanks again for taking the time to explain everything to us!!! You guys rock!!!!

We went to inquire about upgrading one phone, and Shaely spoke to all promotions and it made sense to upgrade all, after we had the discounts and cards applied. What great and patient service. Thank you so much. We ended up with three new phones, and questions answered.
