I had Craig at the Pine Centre Bell store help me get my new phone yesterday and he made it a great experience! He was very patient with me and expertly answered my many (and many more)!questions. He made sure I was getting the phone that I needed while staying within my budget, and being a student it is really nice to know that my budget was acknowledged and respected :) 10/10 would go back to Craig!

Went to bell store in the mall, not great customer service when you have a question. The manager has always been great to me though. Been with them for years and if i need a new phone he is the only one i will go to

I just upgraded my phone a couple days ago and the sales rep was awesome. He helped me get my account in order and got me the new phone I was looking for, all with very little hassle. If you're like me and only know enough about phones to use them then I'd highly recommend going here for your next upgrade. The sales staff will listen to what you want and find the phone that fits your needs and budget. 10/10 for friendly and helpful service.

Years ago I signed up with Bell, I had 3 phones and 2 tablets, but because of lack of customer appreciation I switched to Telus. I never used the contract with the tablets but continued paying $19 a month for years. So finally today I spent an hour online searching for a single phone number so I could call Bell and cancel my account, finally after an hour I did the online texting with customer service where the rep would get someone to call me back...and I still have no clue what number to call to get a hold of Bell customer service. Not only did the rep ask me if I wanted to transfer the account to a different tablet he also asked if I wanted to transfer it to my vacation home if I had one, or if I had kids or friends that might want it, or if I was getting a new phone, or I wanted to put it on hold for $2.50/month....when all I wanted was to cancel, the guy just wouldn't drop it. Because of the ordeal and pain in the a** it was getting the account canceled, I'll never go back to Bell. A warning ⚠️ to anybody signing a contract with Bell, getting the account undone is basically impossible!! Not a good experience, had they actually cared about their service to their customers I'd probably still be there.

I just bought a new iPhone & iPad at Bell and the service was amazing‼️ They spent so much time with me making sure I understood everything about my new devices. They were so patient because I am far from β€œTechy.” They put in a lot of effort copying from my old devices to my new ones and answered all my concerns‼️‼️Particularly one clerk named Nicβ€”very knowledgeable & helpful.
