★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had my screen replaced on a few different phones here and these guys are very fast and their products are good quality (OLED as opposed to cheap LCD). I had to take my phone back as there was a small defect in my screen and they replaced it same day for free. Thanks guys!

After I went to another shop and the guy was NOT helpful at all I came into Mobile Q and they went above and beyond to help me get photos off of my old phone when it was dead and the motherboard was broken. They spent so much time with me making sure that I got everything I needed and in the end they didn’t even charge me! I cannot recommend this place enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of stock you can't get at mobile stores but customer service is almost absent. I wouldn't trust them to do any service. Had to go to another mobile store to get them to fix Mibile Qs mistake. They didnt take the old screen protector off and wouldn't fix the issue. Another store fixed it in 3 minutes.

Correct store. Given 3 chances to fix a 3 minute issue, will not be going back for any repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place defines customer service. My phone crashed while visiting PG. On first visit they sent me around the corner to check warranty status rather than just dig in and cost me money. Phone was still in warranty. They let me use their phone to call LG. After getting full details next day I went back and they sold me a good used phone to use while mine is sent away for service. I highly recommend this honest and talented group. I couldn't be happier with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very bad at my phones and smashed my XSMax front and back. I brought my phone at this store and the guys assisted me with all the essential information I required. He suggested me to get it repaired at reasonable price. I found their price so flexible and got my phone repaired with them.
And it is working fine now. I really appreciate their customer service and the quality of the screens. It is awesome.
