Not only were they able to fix the problem I was experiencing with my iPad air in only a couple of days, the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend using this service for any of your iPhone or iPad repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I recently took both of my broken screens on my phones to the mall. mobile klinic they had said it wasn't possible to fix them both they tried to offer me a $780 dollar phone to replace my phone but still had nothing for my sons phone . So I heard of these guys here in westbank . got phones n repairs were very great people to bring phones to they can handle it. So I did and they had both my phones fixed and working same day thanks again you guys are a very nice couple to do business with iam going to recommend that you or anybody you know looking to get there phones fixed that these guys are amazing people thanks again you guys are great

They went behind and over to help me with my repair and also with my search of new (used) phone. Small little things they did extra I could not even describe how much it means. Thank you so much and see you next time... P.S. they provide Public mobile(very good deals on plans)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I desperately needed a screen protector to replace my "do-it-yourself" one. I popped into the shop and within half an hour my phone looked fabulous. I LOVE the matte screen protector. Clarity is fine and when the phone is off it looks fabulous. No fingerprints are visible at all. It always looks new and clean.. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy I stopped in to this store with my Apple watch. I had recently sent it to Apple for repair but they told me it would cost $360 to fix the broken microphone. I thought the watch was a write-off. I decided to stop in at Got Phones n’ Repairs and I was met by a very friendly and honest young couple who run the business. My watch was repaired in only a few hours and there was nothing wrong with the microphone. The total cost was just over $30. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing phone or tablet repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a great experience with excellent customer service from Terrance. For example I purchased a new battery for my Note9 and wasn't satisfied the battery was actually good. Replaced again no charge. I got a new flat gloss style screen protector but didn't like the lack of clarity, and Got Phones n' replaced it with the clear version free of charge. I got new glass for my note9, but broke it only two weeks later, so Terrance offered me another at his cost. Again outstanding customer relations. Also every time I visit somehow he fits my service issue in that very minute. I will be recommending to all my friends and family to visit Got Phones in West Kelowna for all mobile needs. ? ?????
