★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently upgraded and when I called to set a time to change my phone over, Dallas advised on how to do the upgrade. Didn't leave the house and it was easily done - she was excellent with her help and knowledge. Quick and painless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience at the Rogers in West Kelowna. Dalyce was super helpful and really knows her stuff. I feel like we got a great deal and she worked hard to get us what we wanted. Go see Dalyce with any cell phone and plan questions. She will set you up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service at the west Kelowna location. Jay was great at explaining everything and made sure to answer any of our questions. As a Rogers customer sometimes it can be painful dealing with some Rogers employees. We were both so happy that this experience was nothing but great. Jay is humorous and knowledgeable but also super down to earth. We are thankful for people like Jay that haven’t given up on humanity when in dealing with Covid and customers who lack any sort of respect for others. He still has found a way to smile from behind his mask and make his customers feel appreciated.
