Arbys corporate contacted me and sent vouchers for two free meals. Corporate seems to care about their reputation, so I updated review to 3 stars based on this.

Went to go redeem my free meals and got the run around, was told by the owner, Steve, to go to the kelowna location, which has different owners, if I wanted to redeem my vouchers. Very poor customer service.
I Was then told I need to provide my email exchange from arbys corporate, before he would honor the vouchers. He initially accepted them, then scribbled out his endorsement and gave them back to me and refused to help me.
I left the counter, and made the order thru the drive thru window, in which case he had no option other than to honor the vouchers, if he wanted to serve the customers lined up behind me. Very poor customer service, and much smaller portions than the kelowna store. Make the drive to kelowna, it's worth it-- you'll get better service and product. I'll never be back to this location, and I will share this experience with anyone who will listen.
I should mention I did get an apology from the owner once my order was fullfilled for how this was handled--but it was too little, too late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this no stars I would. This is a complaint on management at this store and a lady named Jessie. My son got his first job and is 16 years old and was treated very badly that he was traumatized and humiliated in front of a bunch of customers. He felt discriminated, bullied and told to go work at McDonald's instead. This was all handled unprofessionally! I see some of the reviews on here and to be shocked this isn't the only time this has happened and how management at this store treats their customers and especially their staff!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t let the dinky drive through fool you into thinking that the food here is subpar. The food was crispy, hot & fresh. How this Arby’s hasn’t put McDonald’s in west Kelowna out of business is beyond my understanding. Maybe people just go with the same old…. (Boring)
If you haven’t had Arby’s, step out of your comfort zone and check this place out. Even if you don’t eat fast food, at least go to have a look at the drive through. It’s a dying out type.
I don’t always have fast food, but when I do, it’ll be Arby’s for me!
Also, in my humble opinion, the owner is a pretty nice guy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never felt so mistreated and judged at a fast food restaurant before. Got treated as I was some lowlife out to scam them with some homemade coupons..... Which obviously wasn't the case. We got coupons sent from main office due to a bad experience in this same location. A coupons redeemable in every Arby's location. They were not expired. Manager wouldn't accept our coupons unless we showed our email exchange with the main office... prove our "innocence"... ?
After arguing for a bit and then showing the emails which was totally unnecessary in my opinion,they agreed to accept them... Got our free meals tho not with the sandwiches we ordered.... Didn't feel like eating them anyway,lost my appetite after being treated like that.
I will let everyone I care about know to avoid this location.. I truly felt like I was seen some low life out to scam them. I don't think I look like that and to judge someone by the way they look is very unprofessional... I am very upset about this and will take my business from now on to kelowna... I suggest you do the same..

Highly recommend the turkey bacon ranch sandwich and mozzarella sticks. Great place to get a quick bite to eat. Thank you
