★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we bought a small bucket of chicken form the KFC in West Kelowna. It was the worst chicken we have ever had, we couldn’t finish it. It was saturated in oil. They should be ashamed of themselves for serving chicken that drips oil. There cooking process isn’t working properly. They also changed the coleslaw that we use to really like now not so much it was ok but not like the old green slaw!

Not only was it tasteless (did they forget about 11 herbs and spices?) but it was very greasy and not hot! Gravy is sure lacking flavour also. Very disappointed and will not eat it again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the garbage I was served at West Kelowna location. Instead of the checked being stored on a baking sheet in a a warm oven, tlhey actually stored the chicken pieces in a clear plastic bag where the steam can't escape and makes it soggy. Plus the oil saturated through the breading. This was absolutely disgusting. Owners and staff of this location should be embarrassed and attend a food safe program!
When I called to complain the reason for dumping chicken pieces into plastic bags is because it was busy! Seriously! If I wanted soggy chicken I could go to Walmart for a rotisserie chicken. Even that was a better choice!
