- I shopped online because in store did not have any sizes for me.
- my historic in-store account would have had an address I have not lived at for 3 years now.
- my online account and order had my correct address
- Reitmans sent my $200 clothing order to the wrong address and will do nothing about it.
- they told me here's the tracking number call Canada Post about it
- Canada Post said we used the address the Reitmans gave us
- REITMAN's is NOT Trust worthy
- No accountability with their mess up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the years Reitman's stepped up plus size choices. Well worth it since I drive 2 hours each way to shop there. Once I purchased this lovely cardigan with Paris motifs. Upon seeing that for the first time my sister said: gosh is that one of your Paris little thing? I laughed. I said: no Maru, it's my Reitmans little thing. She was impressed. The store is in Terrace, Northern BC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very welcoming staff. Confusing price tags vs sales items, and things don't add up properly at the til. Every time I've been in here, it seems like the staff members couldn't care to be there. They make it seem like if you need any help, or ask for help, you're asking too much. Sorry guys, won't be back.
