★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm visiting from Saskatchewan, this is a cool little shop the girls inside are very helpful and counter service is great. I would give the ladies 5 ?'s for sure.
Visited the store with 2 buddies and we asked some piercing questions to the guy behind the back counter. Don't waste your time with this guy, absolute douche bag, acted like we were just a waste of time. If I was there for my very first piercing I would have walked out.
Head to your local tattoo shop where they want to have repeat customers and actually answer questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always the service was fantastic. The ladies were friendly and helpful. The young man that pierced me today was great. Polite and funny. Very good about walking me through the process even knowing this was far from my first time. I highly recommend Black Sheep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tattoo experiences there were amazing, piercings? Always on point!! They are very informative and always humorous, never a dull moment there!! And the staff is always helpful, and if any miscommunication happens they are always on it!! I love this place sooo much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the merchandise that the business offers. The business should try to improve on their customer service. They weren’t very friendly. It’s not good business practice to discourage customers by saying “nobody likes this anime character” which is a false statement. The staff member might have thought they were trying to come off as funny but it didn’t come off as that way. The business had items of the character that I liked but they made me feel very unwelcomed and discouraged me from buying the anime merchandise that the staff made negative comments about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have amazing staff with excellent products that only serve to give you your own sense of identity but cover all the gamuts of everything from geek culture to modern day bands this is one of those shops that once it open will forever hold a place in my heart as one of the greatest places to shop just in general if you haven't been I highly recommend people go you're going to be surprised just what you find and you'll find things that you didn't even know you want

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We weren’t 100% sure what size of plugs my fiancé was and we clearly told them that. So we guessed and of course the plugs didn’t fit. Waste of $30 so went back and got a size smaller. STILL DIDNT FIT. went a 3rd time and turns out they can MEASURE what size he was to begin with. Why was this not suggested when we first came in? We were clearly unsure. Waste of $70 never coming here again DO NOT RECOMMEND THE STAFF DOESNT KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING. Just a money grab since you can’t return them ??
