★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a front end collision with another vehicle. I found that all the work performed was excellent. My vehicle was tied up for about a week longer than it should have been but this was the insurance's fault because they were so busy. PG took very good care of me. The car rental was ready for me the day that I arrived. I would have no problem using their services again!

Great customer service, support and suggestions on both repair and other business related to needing a rental. Open, honest about timing of work, potential challenges that could have caused a delay (but did not)! Well done and thank you Klassic!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klassic autobody did NOT fix my vehicle properly and left my bumper off its hook and there was two new spots with damage once they returned the vehicle to me. I complained and the owner refused to show me their before photos and he was very very rude. Customer service is absolutely awful here and the manager should be ashamed. Do NOT GO HERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We brought our vehicle here to be fixed as someone had backed into us. We took pictures and video in the lot before dropping it off. After it was fixed, we noticed a line and bumps in the paint. Our before pics clearly show that they were not there before. Klassic insists they were not at fault even though their own pictures show the marks were not there before. Terrible customer service.

Not only are the repairs flawless but they also detailed my vehicle inside and out. I am a very particular person- especially about my vehicle. Not only did they meet my expectations, they exceeded them.
