Recently bought a vehicle and Tom was the salesman. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. He managed to show me a few options that fit my budget where other's could not. I would definately go back to him when I'm ready for a trade in.

I bought this jeep July 26th…I put on 1000 kms and there is half an inch of water when it rains in the floor on both sides of the drivers and passenger …as well as all the mold oh and I forgot to mention it blows cold air from the heater… then I get told to take it to a dealership where they tell me I have to pay for it … time to get a whole different vehicle ..let’s hope they take this one back

They literally self sabotage their own sales. I have never met a dealership before that played such games with new customers. I feel sorry for anyone who has bought a vehicle through this specific Dodge dealership. I could not imagine having to rely on someone like Mark or "His of team of 14".... yeah 14 fadeaway employees whenever a sale presents itself

Steve Strizich was an amazing salesman and a very kind person. If I had to recommend anyone I would recommend him. He made my first experience buying a car super easy and almost fun. He did not push anything on me that made me feel uncomfortable like most salesman do. Steve made it about seeing me in a car that I genuinely enjoyed and not about making a sale. He asked questions and made me and my family genuinely feel like valued customers.

Let me start by saying that the last time I had dealt with the Northland Group, it did not go well and in fact it had to be resolved through legal action. So I kept my expectation VERY low when I seen a used SUV on their website that I was interested in. I emailed the dealership and we were put in touch with a young salesman named Marlin. I made an appointment to see the SUV with Marlin, He met me and my wife on time. He was polite, very helpful and not pushy. He immediately set up the test drive while he had someone look at our vehicle that we were looking to trade in. After returning we sat down with the sales manager and Marlin. Like many people have mentioned in their reviews, this vehicle only had one key. As well during the test drive I notice some possible issues with the brakes. Through some short and pleasant back and forth on negotiations, they offered a fair price on my trade and came down to a reasonable price on their SUV. They agreed to order a new key/Fob ($500 BTW) and ensure the brakes were checked and fixed. We completed the deal within three hours of our appointment. The next day Marlin called to advise the new key had arrived and scheduled the brake check. I dropped the vehicle off the next day. Later that day Marlin called to let me know the new key was programmed and ready. As well he advised they had located a third key for it to be used as an extra ($0). He also advised the brake rotors initially were going to be turned, but they now elected to replace all four rotors instead ($0). Since this would require the vehicle over night, he gave me a new vehicle as a loaner. After Marlin called the next day that it was done, I went and picked up our vehicle with new brakes, and three sets of keys. I told Marlin he may have renewed my faith in Northland. If you want a nice, decent and fair Salesman ask for Marlin. Excellent work Marlin!. Cheers.

Show up on the appointment time, had trouble with my cooling and heating system. They said it'll take two hours. We come back three hours later and all they done is made a phone call ?. We wait another half an hour and finally receive an update. They said they restarted our car and suddenly it started working again. We pay $160 DOLLARS for then to restart the car. As I'm traveling back home I realize they only fixed the heating at the front of the vehicle. So the middle and back blows out hot air all the time. Great ?

The sales staff that I've dealt with at Northland are excellent. I've dealt mainly with Marlin but also with a couple other guys. The level of customer service is above and beyond, they always try to accommodate. They are friendly and not pushy. The store itself is spotlessly clean, as are the washrooms. All in all, every experience I've had at Northland Dodge has been positive.

This dealership has provided us with nothing but bad experiences following the purchase of our vehicle. Initially, our sales representative appeared to be helpful and efficient as we were coming from out of town for a specific vehicle they had on the lot. We arranged to come the next morning. The sales rep had arranged financing, and had the deal set up so that we were coming to sign papers and pick up the vehicle/trade in our current vehicle. When we arrived in Prince George the next day, we were informed that they had sold our vehicle, and offered us another similar that was missing some of the features but were informed they could be installed to match our original vehicle. After many hours of waiting, we were brought up to sign our paperwork and we’re at that time informed that we would be paying for the add-ons that our sales rep had stated they would add. By this time, it was getting late and we had to get home so we agreed and signed, which was an error on our part and should not have but it was on us. The finance department failed to submit our paperwork following our trade in of our vehicles resulting in 3 more payments being withdrawn. We had contacted them to inform them following the first withdrawal, but did not address it and had 3 withdraw before they dealt with it. The processed our paperwork and no more payments we’re pulled, but despite multiple calls, we never were reimbursed for the extra payments taken. Our parts we paid for have taken 6 months to come in after us calling 5 times to get an estimated time of installation, each call resulted in the parts department having no idea what we were talking about and telling us they would sort it out and get back to us. We finally got in today to have our parts installed after having to go through the manager to have it sorted out. This evening we picked up our Jeep and were informed that they ordered the wrong parts and instead wrote us a cheque and told us to purchase our own wiring to be installed with the tow package that they were to install. Hindsight we should’ve just gone home and not bought the vehicle so it is on us, but everything from the purchase forward has been on them. If this post prevents even one person from wasting their time and money at this business then it was worth the time writing it. This dealership is an organizational disaster with horrendous customer service and I would recommend future buyers to go LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE for your vehicles.
