★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and irresponsible staff. I called them to freeze my account but they charge me, when I went there in person to find out why, they didn't know it as well. They never refund anything. They charged me twice during COVID pandemic even though the account was froze.
When I wanted to cancel my account, they said to have to pay for one more time! Ridiculous policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym with a great atmosphere. I had to move to a small town with no Goodlife and they cancelled my membership over the phone and made it easy with no huge fees. I would recommend this gym to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this gym!! The staff there is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend this gym to anyone! The facilities are immaculate, and they do an amazing job of keeping everyone safe (especially during COVID). Keep up the great work GoodLife! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm in town because of a critically ill parent. Normally I don't have a lot of respect for people who make an excuse like that but to say that I had other things on my mind is an UNDERSTATEMENT!
Having one of your employees come up and literally THREATEN me with expulsion and cancellation because my mind is not entirely focused on remembering to mask up between sets and looking like she's actually enjoying it whilst doing it is clearly a step too far with me and unacceptable.
SPARE ME the mask lectures, her actions were entirely out of line and I'm actually quite grateful I'm not having to stay here otherwise I'd be taking my business somewhere else and will be doing so for the duration of my stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is huge ! Tanning , hydro massage bed , and massage chairs in the front ! Sauna in the charge rooms ! Friendly helpful staff and can book thru app for Covid !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoy all the equipment at this gym. Staff is friendly and all that kind of stuff. The hours are outrageous. It is NOT a 24 hour gym like it says it is. It closes before any other gym in Prince George. Is the ONLY GYM CLOSED during long weekend holidays. In my opinion the hours of a gym is most important to the paying member. Very disappointed and will be relocating to a gym with better hours and a gym who stands by their advertising.
