★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried out CrossFit last year with my boyfriend. I wasn’t sure if I would like it but decided to give it a try. After my first class I fell in love with it. Not only is it great for fitness, but the community is so incredibly uplifting. It’s basically my second home currently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best gym in the city. Truely inclusive, with people of all ages, abilities, shapes, and sizes. Staff and other members are super welcoming. Felt like family after just a few classes! The owners care a lot and it's clear that they put a ton of effort into making sure that the workouts are safe and accessible, and that everyone is challenged to the right level.
