★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i would give this place 0 stars if i could. the front desk girls are always cranky with bad attitudes and need to find a different job. stop cutting off customers while they're speaking only to shout at them. such a terrible clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to book an appointment and go after hours because that's the only way they help unvaccinated. Then the doctor touches and handles my bare foot with a burn with his bare hands then uses the computer right beside us and the computer by the waiting room with out washings his hands...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors are amazing and genuinally care for the patients. It gets fairly busy during the day but the front staff are great communicating with that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I would. this place is always closed at LEAST one hour before their website says they're closed and I've had them closed at noon some days. either adjust your hours online and say that you're closed at noon or hire an extra doctor for the last 2 hours. An extra doctor is obviously needed because EVERY SINGLE DAY this place is closed at LEAST an hour early.
***also, when I asked what other walk ins are open I was rudely told "why don't you Google it."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in because I was having chest pain. It was the closest medical facility to get help. When I get to the front reception, I told her I was having chest pains. She said I should go to the hospital but I told her this was the closest medical facility I can get to. She said the doctor’s wouldn’t treat me and that I should go to the hospital. They wouldn’t even take my blood pressure so I left. I will never go there again. I hope I make it to the hospital….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience at medical clinic so far at Prince George. The two receptionist lacks in customer service and really need to work on their tone when they talk to the customers. I went this morning and they told me to wait for an hour. After 1 hr passed, I went to check if I can see the doctor but I was told to come at 2pm. I had severe back pain so I went and came back again at 2pm but still after waiting for 40 minutes. When I asked them that it is already pass the appointed time. Receptionist said She can't predict so you have to wait. I came without seeing the doctor. This clinic doesn't know how to run and the receptionists doesn't know anything how allocations works. I left with a bitter taste in my mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have an 18-month-old that had a fever and we waited over 2 hours to see a doctor. Ended up not seeing the doctor and leaving because my daughter was tired was ready for her Nap. She started getting upset/cranky and was also upset because of her fever. I understand there was a lot of people waiting for the doctor but you don't make an 18-month-old baby that cant explain itself wait for 2 hours. That's unacceptable. I will never be going back to this walk-in clinic ever again. I do not recommend it. If you are looking to see a doctor quickly. You're probably better off heading to the emergency or waiting for the night time clinic at the other location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception is great, they try to get you in quick. I really appreciate that. They get 5 stars. I requested a phone call prescription refill. Doc calls me and we talked about what I need refilled then I gave him the location of my preferred pharmacy. He confirmed the location and the call ended. He proceeded to send my prescription to a different location. Said location was unable to refill my prescription because I have never been there and they don’t have me on file so now I have to wait. Thanks for making sure my time was wasted! I’ll just go screw myself.
