M	Madi Hansen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Gustafson was really great, he asked what I needed help with & was very direct, knowledgeable & to the point, which I really appreciated. Didn’t argue with me about my own symptoms as many other doctors have in the past. Gave me his straight opinion & I was in & out of the clinic super quickly with no issues. The front staff had a kind demeanor as well. Will be back again, very appreciated as I’ve had some nightmare walk-in experiences in Kelowna.
A	Amanda Wilcox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an emergency situation and I was able to see Dr. Brett Schifke. He was absolutely fantastic. He listened to what I was saying, made very good recommendations and I genuinely felt heard, understood and very much supported with my medical situation. He appropriately gave me advice and my situation has quickly taken a turn for the best. He was honest, down to earth and his chosen language made him super relatable. I felt like I was talking to an actual human, not just a prescription writer. Oh, and I live an hour and a half away so I had to request phone appointments on two occasions and he called me back both times very promptly. I used to have a mistrust towards medical professionals however, I trust him profoundly.
R	Randi Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with Dr Gustavson a few times, I have also dealt with Dr Francis.. Dr Francis is a class act seen him 3 or so times over the last 6 months for my back pain. He got me a mri, and 2 specialist referrals almost immediately.

I saw Dr Shipke and Dr Francis recently and will absolutely be recommending this clinic to friends and family!! They were both so wonderful with helping me through a shoulder injury. I’ll be making the journey from Kelowna to see them again and again!
s	sarah stewart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was very nice, but seeing the doctor was the worst experience I have ever had, Dr Schifke was super unprofessional and very unpleasant. He did not address what I went into the office for, instead gave me inaccurate advise on something completely different. He did not listen to what I was trying to tell him , and to say the least I left this place in tears. I DO NOT RECOMMEND , DO NOT GO HERE. This was an absolutely horrible experience.

I’ve been here many times but it was over a year ago so it would have been on paper and the doctor refused to pull my file because everything is “electronic” now. I could keep going but the bottom line is I felt humiliated, not sure who I saw (was over the phone) but he was monster. 10/10 don’t recommend.
W	Wendy Mathers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this clinic to make an appointment to see a doctor for a referral for a specialist as I have a serious aneurysm in my neck (2.5 x 3.7 x 6.5 cm). I have all the scans and documentation ready, I just need to see someone about treatment. The receptionist said a doctor would call me the next day. The next day the doc called and asked what I wanted. I explained the situation and he said “well, that’s was an interesting story, thanks for sharing. But you should go see a doctor.” I I thought that’s what I was trying to do. He then said “There are lots in Kelowna, just go to any of the many walk-in clinics. OK, goodbye. And that was it. He hung up. Thanks for nothing!!! For anyone thinking of going to this clinic, think again!!! Apparently even an serious aneurysm isn’t enough to make them care about the patients!!!!
