I've been to this walk-in three times now. It's very clean. The staff were friendly and courteous. One time the receptionist noticed snow melting on the floor in front of a patient with a walker. She immediately grabbed paper towels and started mopping up the mess so that the patient wouldn't slip. It can be a very busy location so arrive early. This is to ensure you're actually seen since in BC walk-in clinics have a maximum number of patients the doctors can see each day. Once they hit that number they legally have to close for the day.

Dr. O'Neill is absolutely wonderful and one of the only doctors who actually seems to care and listen. He has been really thorough with questions and asking about my concerns. But there is a receptionist here who is extremely rude, and has been every time I've come in person. My most recent visit, I got a big eye roll and cold, exasperated tone of voice when I came for an in person appointment, despite being polite and friendly. My mom is a medical professional and I always try my best to be understanding because I know receptionists and nurses take a lot of abuse from patients, but its really hard when you're made to feel like an unwelcome burden as soon as you enter. Also, a small thing, but you're supposed to knock when you arrive for an in person appointment, and you don't know if anyone heard you because no one waves or acknowledges you at all until they're off the phone and able to come answer the door. No problem- but I feel bad continuing to knock every couple minutes since I'm unsure if anyone heard (you can't see anyone if they're sitting) and I'm not trying to be impatient. My second to last visit, I knocked every 10min, and they ended up being away from the desk so I didn't get let in until I finally called the phone. Would be great if they would just wave a hand over top of the desk so you know they'll be with you when they're free instead of continuing to stand in the cold and knock.

I phoned first thing in morning and was told a doctor would call back never did.Next morning was told that they did call not true. I have no idea why people call them heroes. 60% of doctors just do not care anymore.Doctors are suppose to open doors for sick people not slam it in there face. stop blaming the pandemic.Open up the clinics and get back to work.

This doesn’t really count as a walk in as you must call prior to, with covid somewhat understandable. Except they don’t answer their phones, I called every 2-3 mins from 8:00-8:40am (32 calls) thinking that maybe it was busy because someone else was on the line, maybe I’d catch them when they were done, nope. The issue there is the phone doesn’t even ring and no busy signal either, it goes right to β€œthis caller is currently unavailable”. The door is locked and says knock if you have an appointment, I tried knocking to see if maybe someone could help guide me, no one even moves; can’t tell if anyone is in there other than some of the lights are on near the desk. Very disappointed and I cannot imagine what people do when they don’t have a regular doctor they can see. What a difficult experience.

I’ve had some issues with the doctors on staff, except for the current one I’ve been seeing. Super frustrating when the line is busy for the entire first hour they’re open, can be extremely difficult to even get an appointment. The front desk has always been lovely, and Dr. Aspinall has been very helpful. But I dread trying to call in.

Terrible. The front staff was abusive and hostile and blamed me for their incompetence. A doctor told me someone would call me me back within an hour. Iwaited all day and nothing. So I called in the next morning and the staff member named Kim blew me off and refused my request for an appointment in the most abusive fasion I have ever been subjected to anywhere. I've never been sujected to that kind of treatment by office staff anywhere. Just a horrible experience. Do not go here

Been coming here for years for emergencies. Doctors do what they can with such a busy schedule. Receptionists have always been kind and polite. They are doing a great job with these crazy covid times.

Currently without a family Doctor but needed a prescription renewed. Receptionist answered the call and politely placed me on hold, a short wait and they were back. Very pleasant intake and was told a Dr. would call me back. Doctor called me within 2 hours, was very nice and asked pertinent questions. Whole experience was 1,000% better than I had expected.
