★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into this office many many times all summer long, they continuously dismissed me as nothing wrong, even with fever and dropping heart rate. Then have the odasity to not kook at me properly now everytime i come in.
No ultrasounds booked, no CT scans, No specialist to be sent to from these guys.
I went to ER for the 5th time this summer, had a DR FINALLY give me a CT Scan, they found my HERNIA MESH detached and is shifted/ bunched and poking my intestines.
A simple scan from these stupid DR's would have found this issue, but they wont do it.
Dont go here, i also would suggest to run from MOST DR's in Kelowna, they are truly the dumbest bunch i have ever met.
They will all think they know best and not listen to their patients, this is stupidity to the highest level, especially as a DR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aweful, made an appointment on Medimap.ca only to be sat in a waiting room for well over an hour. I saw the doctor for no more than 2 minuets and was sent out. At no time did the wait times show anything over 30 minutes. I will never go here again and I certainly reccomend anyone against going here aswell. You may as well try your luck waiting at any other clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hardly ever go to the doctor. But I went; they were dismissive and tired looking. Told me I just had a cold and didn't suggest anything for symptoms. It's been a week now and I'm not better. I honestly think I have pneumonia or a bronchial infection or something... Something isn't right in my chest or lungs. You can hear frothing in my chest without a stethoscope. I think they missed something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just sat in the waiting room for 15-20 min to have a sliver removed. Once the nurse sat me in the op room I overheard Dr. Guastfsson tell her he "didn't have time for that, send him to emerg or somewhere else". Didn't look at it, didn't talk to me, didn't see me at all. Seems he didn't want to do any actual doctor work...
If your considering seeing a doctor, maybe go somewhere else that has Dr's motivated to practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are dismissive and don't seem like they actually care. The last time I went the doctor asked me what was wrong and I said well " two things" (related) and before I could finish he cut me off saying the visit only paid for one problem at a time.
I would highly suggest not going to this clinic for care.
