★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the instructors are great. Today's yin and yang with Sally was fantastic. It was challenging and she was great at explaining options and giving instructions on proper postures to avoid injury. Her pacing was in tune. I haven't sweated so much in a yoga class for awhile! This is a fantastic studio...I'm starting my fourth year as a member and would highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did the trial week and this yoga studio is awesome!! I've been to quite a few studios and this one is my favourite. The classes are all so different (favs are yin and yang, power sculpt, and candle lit warm relaxation yoga)... All of the classes are warm / hot that I've tried. This last class was Halloween themed with glow lights, candles, and spooky music - I loved it! Instructors are awesome and I'll be getting a membership here for sure.
