★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I.m a new member at perfect balance yoga studio in westkelowna...i.m also totally new to yoga!!..they are very supportive of everyone and spend one on one to.e to show uiu haow to do each pose correctly and safely..that personal attention is very important..for me..the instructors are super friebdly always offer claass3s for all levels of students...i.m happy to be supporting a local buisness in westkelowna...no reson to go across the bridge..perfect balance has it all..plus great promos as well..i purchased the 6month unlimited for only 499!!!....please check them out!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only had one virtual class so far and it was amazing! It was a yoga nidra/Reiki and it was so powerful even at distance. The teacher who gave the class, Andrea, was extraordinary! I will take more classes for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy to be returning to yoga, the studio is welcoming to all and are happy to help you on your journey of health. I have had a reiki treatment from Andrea and her partner. Andrea suggested I try Ronda Bergquist an advanced teacher of Therapeutic Yoga. I had injured my lower back, the pain was debilitating. I had never heard of a yoga therapist, I was doubtful she could help.... OMG was I wrong. Ronda helped me more than any physio place I have ever gone to. Ronda not only got me back to standing and walking she redirected the pain I normally would have been bed ridden for 5-7 days eating pain killers like smarties. Thank you Andrea for your wisdom and direction on connecting me with Ronda. If you have an injury please do it for yourself try Ronda I am so grateful that I did.

I truly appreciate that Andrea took the time to prepare me so well for the session; I went into it feeling at ease and comfortable.
During my session I was very relaxed and felt peace and tranquility wash over me. I also noticed a very cool tingling sensation in an area I had been having significant pain.
At the end of the session I had an incredible chat with Andrea. We have never met, we have no mutual friends that I'm aware of, she knows nothing about me personally, yet she was absolutely accurate with everything she shared with me. So enlightening!
I was left with renewed energy and clarity. My pain went from a 6 at the best of times to a 3 at the worst! And that night, 9I slept through the night without waking for the first time in as long as I can remember!
I got so much out of my treatment that I booked my fifteen year old for one. She had an equally wonderful experience! We ten-out-of-ten recommend Reiki with Andrea of Perfect Balance Yoga & Fitness.
THANK YOU sooooo much Andrea. We look forward to our next Reiki treatments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a yoga class with Andrea for the last day of our bachelorette weekend, and it was the perfect end to our trip. From the initial stages of booking, Andrea was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and went above and beyond to accommodate our group of gals. When it came time to attend the actual class we were greeted by the most precious dog. The class was calming and brought such a high energy of love and peace. I highly recommend Perfect Balance!
