She takes her time, she cares about the integrity of your hair and she listens to you. She has an amazing trademark balayage that is just so so beautiful. Amazing with blondes!
She loves what she does and it shows. Lovely salon with a chilled and relaxing atmosphere.

He's an amazing person with genius level talent in his chosen profession. When I know Dylan is doing my haircut, I look forward to it, because I know I will look fantastic! He's a hair guru!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rose and raven is a hidden gem in West Kelowna. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, but also familiar and cozy, if feels like you’ve been there before! Desiree is my regular hairdresser, but Dylan is also phenomenal. The two work together so effortlessly to create an inclusive and stress free environment. Also- they have the BEST coffee. Highly recommend this salon to anyone and everyone. You are in good hands!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was time for me to find a new place to trust my hair with, and the Rose & Raven is my new home! Online booking was seamless. Dylan was not only understanding of me being 2 minutes late (rush hour on the 97), but also just sat down with me for 5 minutes to just chat, and listen intently to what I was looking for in my next style.
Dylan pays so much attention to details, while also exchanging stories. I really enjoyed talking with him, and learning more about his interesting past experiences as a hairstylist!
There was so much space in their salon for social distancing with the only other customer / stylist, and the space has a very relaxing vibe. It's a short drive from downtown for me, but the views are worth it, on top of feeling great at the end of it - I'll definitely be back for my next one!
