★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a one-inch trim on my hair that was down to my ribcage as I figured it would be hard to mess up. I left with length around my shoulders. Lesson learned I'll never return to a first choice again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently disappointed. I've brought my son here 3 times over the last couple of years, and myself as well, and every time my son has been disappointed with his hair cut, and one of the ladies was actually pretty unpleasant to us and my son while figuring out what he wanted done.
Once when I was getting a haircut the hairstylist even left me in the chair and just disappeared for 10 minutes... I thought maybe she was done so I got up and paid. She came out super apologetic, but I wasn't super thrilled and felt anxious.
I figured I would give them one more shot and booked both of us in online for haircuts. They cancelled it via email, no call, nothing. When I called I was told they aren't accepting bookings online at the time....well then make it clear for people! She didn't offer another time that we could book in or anything.... Won't be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brooklyn and Tiara did my boys hair cuts (4&7, 4yo’s first time) and they were fantastic! Not only are they incredibly talented with hair but they were so kind and patient with my boys. My youngest was a bit nervous at first but Brooklyn helped him be relaxed and happy, and that makes me a happy mom!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had my hair cut by Taylor. She listened to what I wanted and discussed in detail so we were on the same page. She was very professional and always told me what she was doing/product she was using. Excellent conversation. Great attitude. I definitely recommend her and will definitely return to see her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever the hairdresser did not listen to anything we had said to her. I asked her to leave the top long to just trim it and she literally butchered it. None of it's even none of it looks nice and now I have a child who's been crying all afternoon. I absolutely refuse to go back to a salon that refuses to listen to their customers.
