★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very frustrated - have a text confirmation of a flu shot at this pharmacy... booked 19 days ago. Showed up at time/date as shown in text confirmation, followed the nice stickers on the floor as text confirmation requested, and was told very casually that they have no flu shots. They blame Interior Health. So, I called IH and they say can only get at pharmacies. Technology is often great, but in this case a large company has failed epically in failing to communicate cancellations. Hate to offer 1-star reviews, but there was no option for zero stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would rate 0 stars if I could. Super poor customer service. The main guy there is super rude and when my girlfriend called to see if they got the prescription that was faxed over from the doctor he told her they didnt get it. (didnt bother to check) The next day a lady called asking when she was coming to pick up the prescription that has been waiting. She was also very short and rude with her over the phone. When going through the drive though was asked last name and the guy put the phone down before full last name was even given. Just overall terrible experience. Dont waste your time here, give another pharmacy your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Requested to be added to the covid vaccine in April 2021(First Shot). Received email notification, the whole nine yards. Today is July 1, 2021. I’m 56 years old with an auto immune condition. I have friends and family younger healthier than I that have already had there second shot. So I decided to call this horrible place today to ask why haven’t contacted and was told they were no longer offering the first shot. When I asked why was I not emailed or called to inform me of this “I was told they were too busy to inform those whom signed up and sitting on a waiting list”. So to recap, this place put me on a waiting list, emailed me to sit tight and wait. So I did but they cancelled the waiting list and didn’t inform me. I would not recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their drive through pharmacy is the smoothest running operation in BC. The personnel goes out of their way, even when process isn’t standard (e.g. requesting a refill on your behalf when your doc is not available). Never switching pharmacies.
