D	Don McCool on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to stop going there as not all their staff are fully vaccinated. It's not the policy of the company. Doesn't make sense that a waitress and customer must be vaccinated to go to a restaurant and yet someone in your face doing your hair doesn't have to be. Just not worth the risk when there are so many other hair salons that make it a company policy to look after their customers and staff during this pandemic.

I would’ve said something but I had my eyes closed trying to tune out her nonstop talk about the government and covid and conspiracy theories. Will never be back. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
P	Pawandeep Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kathi cant even do a simple haircut. Didnt even had the skills to cut the hair shorter. If one has long hair, they can get any kind of haircut they want. But unfortunately she isnt literate enough to do a SIMPLE STRAIGHT CUT. Hair looks uneven. Anybody can do that at home. Please dont waste your money and dont book her. NOT EXPECTED FROM CHATTERS.
s	shelene Ryan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhappy with the hair dresser from this Chatters. We booked online a few days before and when we arrived she was in the middle of doing someone else’s hair. Then slipped my partner in … and then me. I have never paid so much for a rushed hair cut. Even her coworkers mentioned she booked too much today … which she replied it’s a money making day. Both of us walked out and will never go back. Both hair cuts were horrible!

I went in for a hair cut and showed the references photo to the lady cutting my hair and she then washed my hair and started to cut away. I have very curly hair and I always remind about how much it shrinks because I have had my hair cut way to short before, I also make sure to ask who can cut curly hair when I book my appointment. The woman cutting my hair obviously can't cut curly hair like I was told she could, and buy the time she's done it's bit above my shoulders WHILE WET and by the time my hair was dry majority of it is by my chin while the rest of it is dangling above my neck. my hair was past my shoulders when I went in and I wanted it at my shoulders. she didn't take the amount off I wanted at all she took off way more. and she only took less than 20 minutes to wash and cut my hair and I left almost crying and cried on the way home. I have only had one good styles at this place, Vanessa, I won't go to anyone else other then her now, not especially after this experience. (I feel mutilated lol)

After booking with Shawna through reading others reviews, I am so glad we did! Thankful we have found a new stylist for my son and will definitely be booking regularly with Shawna from now on!
