★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't ever write or read reviews, but I am so disappointed in their quality and service of this nail salon that I had to say something. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, it is a waste of your money. It has been exactly 6 days as of today when I got my nails and feet done $75+tax+tip. The overall experience was poor and was asked to turn off the massage chair after less than 5 minutes of use, I still don't know why. I have attached pictures of how my nails look after 6 days, extremely disappointing and I never get my nails done, so I wanted to treat myself after this whole COVID-19 stuff, and again, a complete waste of money! Save your money and find another nail salon!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most brutal pedicure experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I sat down in the chair, the tech was giving me attitude and being extremely rude! She ended up gauging my toes and yelling at me for pulling back when in pain. After an embarrassing conversation with her about her poor professionalism in front of the whole salon, the manager finally came and took over. Zero apologies were given and the pedicure was rushed to get me out the door. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE BUSINESS!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time at this salon and left super unimpressed. My 4 year old decided to come with me last minute so we asked if her toes could just be quickly painted the same colour as mine… would have taken all of one minute but they said no even though there was literally not one other person in there waiting for a pedicure. I also asked for some nail art that I never got. Felt super rushed and uncomfortable. Won’t be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in for a manicure and specifically said I didn't want shellac because I have thin nails and the roughing of the nail bed to apply shellac is really hard on my nails. They proceeded to remove previous shellac with the grinding/sanding tool and then used it again on my bare nails before applying regular nail polish. When I asked the man doing my nails why he was doing that if I wasn't using shellac he said that's how they do it even though I specifically asked not to. My nails were wrecked and even almost two months later you can still see the indent where the tool scraped off my nail and I have to keep them extremely short because they rip/flake off. The person I was with expressed the same concern about her once healthy nails being really damaged. (In the photo you can see the line

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in a week ago to get shellac nails as a treat for myself. It's been 7 days and all but the one that I had gone in to get fixed after 3 days are completely peeled off. The service was good and they did fix my one thumb nail when I came in showing it had peeled off after 3 days but now all my other ones have peeled off now I'm out $50 plus a tip when I could've just used regular polish at home and not have ruined nails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience here was on Tuesday. I have never had my nails done with the powder technique they used. It was so much less painful than any other place I’ve been and they seem to be holding up! I will be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, and nice salon. My second time here and it will not be the last. My nails feel light, like I have no acrylics on, and they don’t break even though I have a hands on job. Great selection of gel polish colors, and the staff like having fun with designs.
