Dont Go Here! I was here in December to get my birthday nails done and before booking my appointment I came in two weeks before showing them a photo! They werent able to do what I asked for! I was their for 3.5 hours the owner is rude and refuse to give my money back! I called him today and he hung half way through the call! Don't waste your time and money here! Im asking for gift certificate in the amount I paid for! Nothing! So rude wont ever go back Again

I was very happy at first but now Im finding my solar polish is chipping off the top on the second day. Its happened the last 2 times. That should not happen. She didn’t leave my nails under the lamp long enough. I have now changed salons. The owner has also become quite rude and short with people

My daughters and I really enjoy coming here and getting a little pampered from time to time. Always clean and professional, the shellac always lasts and everyone is super friendly. I’d recommend this business to anyone :)

I absolutely love this salon! Danny does an amazing job, every time. I have been to many salons and can say hands down that this one never disappoints. Today I tried a new nail technician, Alex for my shellac pedicure. My feet look and feel amazing and I felt pampered the whole time! This salon is a true gem in West Kelowna and I highly recommend it!!!

I was having a good experience with this business for a few months until today. I love Jenny, she is an amazing artist and great to work with. This review has nothing to do with her other than them manager at the store. I would always book my appointment online and when I’ve booked online I’ve never been asked to enter in my email and they have called me before too, so they have my contact information…. Online, there is only a booking message after you have booked that shows the date and time, etc. I had my booking set and I was super excited because, when I first started going their they gave me a customer promo card where after visiting 8 times you can get 20% off and this was that appointment. When I get in, the manager asked, do I have an appointment booked, I’m like I’m yeah. With Jenny. If Jenny was there she knows me and my face already and greets me by name. You would think by going to the same business for three months the manager would know you and what appointment you always book. But, he was very rude about it all, and I was very upset about the whole thing. I usually don’t like to complain but. if you run a business and a staff member is on holidays and I booked a session with her, you should be calling all of her clients to change their appointments and not make them feel dumb when they arrive to an appointment they booked using their online system. He kept asking me if I got the confirmation email when their website never asks for your email, they never called me, never confirmed my session or anything. I asked him if I could still go in that day and he found some time, miss communication, however, I come in at the time I thought he said and when I walked in he’s like no I told you “3:30, not 2:30.” Well then you should write it down or confirm to me the time. I walked away and didn’t bother showing up for my appointment. The worst customer service experience, Jenny knows me right when I walk in and always asks me how I’m doing and we have great conversations, but the manager after going to his business for 3 months doesn’t know or remember me at all. Very rude. Not sure if I’ll wait for Jenny to return from her holidays or not. But, I am very upset about this customer service experience. Jenny gets 5 Stars, the business gets 1.

I highly recommend Revive Nails. Jenny and Danny both do incredible work, and they truly have an eye for detail and perfection. I've had nothing but positive experiences here getting both my nails and toes done. I've tried other nail salons around Kelowna, but none of them do nails as well as Revive does. You won't be disappointed :)
