The JennyGels nail salon is cozy and clean with a relaxing atmosphere. You can really tell how much she cares about the comfort of her clients. She is always adding new touches to her beauty room to keep things fresh. Jenny is very professional and once you get to know her she has a great sense of humour. I always feel comfortable with her and look forward to seeing her again. JennyGels provides a wide variety of high quality nail colour choices. Jenny’s effort to meet her clients requests is evident. She can make your manicure vision a reality and has loads of creative nail looks if you’re unsure of what you’d like. She often posts her nail art to give you inspiration and is always up to date on the latest nail trends. She is meticulous and effortlessly adds the finest details into her free-hand painted designs. She offers both amazing manicures and pedicures. JennyGels doesn’t just offer a new set of nails, she offers an experience. You’ll really feel pampered when Jenny wraps your hands in a soothing, warm towel. She also offers a deep hand massage at no extra charge. You would be hard pressed to find a better massage anywhere else. She always goes the extra mile for her clients. She is great with offering deals throughout the year. Not to mention she really appreciates customer loyalty and won’t nickel and dime you with extra fees like other nail salons. With Jenny you know you’re in good hands. She allows me to be my picky self and always adjusts anything I point out to her with zero complaints. My nails never ever chip, break or peel; they could easily last me 4 weeks or so but I just can’t stand going a day past 3 weeks as my nails grow fast. I always look forward to our visits as they are private and one on one! Jenny is very personable, professional and also quite hilarious! She’s tinted my lashes a couple of times and I absolutely love it! The tint usually lasts about 4 weeks. Jenny’s pricing is unbeatable, her hours are flexible, and her customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend her services and will only go to her so long as I live in Kelowna!
