The hurdle that brought us to Michael was our realtor was also representing the seller on the property we decided to really go for, a colleague within the same agency. Michael took over with absolute professionalism, addressing all our concerns with this predicament and explaining everything in an understandable way. He quickly got to know us and our motives and really went to bat for us. Without him I honestly believe we would have missed that opportunity and now be priced out of the properties we wanted. A real stand up guy who puts the work in to keep his clients at ease. Even after the purchase Michael has continued to check in on us and our progress with the 'fixer-upper' and came to offer his opinion when we finished the suite. Just shows he cares. Through my work (venue/catering) I even saw Michael at large scale realtor meeting where it was clear his peers admired his work ethic and knowledge.

Within a half hour of contacting Michael he had a home for us to view, as we were moving from out of town he took it upon himself to do a virtual tour via FaceTime. Absolutely incredible.
