★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved my experience at New Image Salon! I always wanted blonde balayage and I have gone to other salons and been disappointed with what I received. Melissa was my stylist and she DELIVERED. Not only did I walk away with exactly what I wanted, but she also respected my input while also giving her professional opinion. When at first it didn't look like what I had thought, she said "No, we're gonna fix this and give you what you want." WOW! Never had a stylist respect my wishes that much before. The salon itself is beautiful and the staff are so supportive of one another and also really want the customers to feel comfortable. Will definitely be returning!

I got my haircut by Jennifer P. and I love it! She was very professional and friendly and made me feel so comfortable! Would definitely recommend her and I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kennedy works pure magic! A friend who had a gorgeous natural balayage done by Sydney recommended New Image, so I went in to see her sister Kennedy who is a master stylist. She transformed my hair from an overgrown rat's nest to the glowing melty balayage of my dreams. She was completely attentive to my vision, and throughout the cut she went gradual and checked-in with me all the time. She's mega talented at what she does, and I was floored with my hair. It was seriously better than the pinterest images I brought in as reference. Best haircut experience, periodt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a cut and solid color. I had pictures. I asked for/pictures of a long bob with deep side bangs for a ponytail with a solid light brown color. She cut the bangs uneven and thin. My ends were a messy and very uneven although I asked for a blunt cut. As my color was setting it was oxidizing red and she told me that it was just oxidizing but would look like the picture. It turned out more auburn red and not at all light brown. I will never go back and never recommend to anyone.
