★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I wanted was a tax receipt for my deceased wife. I was given a hard time. Had to go home get a death certificate and a marriage certificate. The manager andrew kim would still not give me a receipt unless I give him a copy of the death certificate and a marriage certificate which is my private paperwork. I showed it to him but that was not good enough he had to have copies. This was the most degrading experience I've ever had to go through after my wife's death.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the pharmacy at 1:50pm today. The lady on the counter was extremely incompetent. Could not understand that me and my dad were separate people although I told her that she was looking at my dad's account three times. Then she gave me 30 minutes time to get my prescription. After 30 minutes, I was told 10 more and after 10 more I was told two more. The staff then avoided the front counter like a plague. After another 20 minutes of waiting, I politely asked for my prescription back. She said it's already ready but they messed up the label. Another 10 minutes later she told me that my insurance has expired. I asked for my prescription back and left. My insurance is valid and unchanged for a year. I am at a shoppers right now they have no issues with my insurance or putting pills in a bottle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to send my compliments to Masih Alaeitafti at the West Kelowna Loblaw Pharmacy for his kindness, patience and professionalism after I received an injection. He administered it flawlessly, gave me a cool Band-Aid and was more than happy to answer any questions I had after. Thats how it should be, and it's what he excelled at. Kudos Masih!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opened my prescription at home and realized I had been given 30 days instead of the 60 days I had paid for. I went back and although friendly they told me that they had counted twice and that their inventory was correct and basically I was out of luck. I will not be returning.
