★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in your store a couple of weeks ago and had the pleasure of dealing with Ralph in the Computer Department. Knew exactly what I wanted (Mac All in One computer with a 27" monitor.). Got the last one they had - on sale. He was so friendly to me and my brother. It is apparent he truly enjoys his job. If I need any electronics in the future I will definetly travel from Oliver to deal with Ralph. He deserves a pat on the back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cory and his team gave me out of this world service and care for over a year with a problem e-bike that I purchased from the store. The manufactureer dropped the ball big time and Cory looked after me and took the ball and ran with it. I am very happy with th eservice from the Westbank location and will keep going back there for a very long time. Well Done Cory!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt maybe I was underdressed... I have never felt so awkward while shopping. Everytime I looked up the same guy was pretending to shop close by. I even went to feminine hygiene to test it. He was there holding pads. Lol. Record selection was great though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I buy all my printer ink at this location, the prices beat everywhere else. Their boxing day sales are great.. But most of all, Cory and his team really excel at customer service. Faxing documents to getting passport photos, to getting the best deal on electronics.. Getting extra warranty coverage is very reasonable through London Drugs, compared to other locations... You can't go wrong by trusting this team. I have had many very positive experiences at this store.. Where customer service is lacking these days in many other stores . This team will leave you speechless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I'm new to town, and happily dropped $600 on supplies for the new home. Came back a few days later to buy an electronic item... Price on the shelf was wrong. Clearly their error. They took care of me on the spot by honouring it with zero hassle. The service was also extremely friendly in their electronics area (Matthew V.). Five stars. Customer for life here. Thank you Westbank LD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cory in management was amazing at rectifying a regrettable incident of being treated badly by a young supervisor named Riley. Not only did he care enough to take notes, he personally delivered a refund to my doorstep because I’m stuck home with my baby. After being unheard and treated like a “Karen” it was really nice to speak with someone who cared to make it right. A girl who works in the photo lab called me shortly after this incident to also apologize and explain what should have happened if I was referred to her for assistance. I didn’t write down her name but she deserves a shout out too for being completely sweet and apologizing for someone else’s bad attitude.
