M	Mandeep Singh Dhami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For shoppers it's good place....bigger version of Walmart. I would have given 3 or 4 stars for that. But for delivery persons, who needs forklift truck to be used for their freight unloading. It's just like hell. Not sufficient trained staff over here, for the purpose. Drivers will hate this place, for long hours of waiting....and Bad experience....originally given 1 star, for this wait period. But given 2 star for shopping comfort. Note: Truckers for delivery .. pls ensure you are there before 2 pm in fact to be on safe side before 1 pm. Because they don’t have trained unloader after this time. Manager can do this (if he is trained)….but not sure he is. In my case he was.
C	Carolyn Allan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt dizzy as I was walking into the store today , And I had to buy some anti-freeze, it was waaay in the far corner but I walked slow and really took my time - there was an employee whi saw me and asked if I was ok...Her name was Carol (tag) and she walked with me up to customer service and stayed with me until I got thru and she explained me to the rep. at Cus- tomer Service and Carol waited with me again until a person came to walk me to my car . She is an exemplary employee and took care of me way beyond her job description .Your store in West Kelowna B..C. is lucky to have her on the main floor- she calms me down and stayed with me until I left ...SHE should be recognized for her care and attention that she showed me! If Carol worked for me in my store , I would give her a raise ! She really cared about my well- being, and that is NOT a common thing in these trying times of ours...BRAVO CAROL ! P.S. It turned out that my blood sugar was very low ; and I do not have diabetes . That "dizzy" experience was scary for me , So when she saw me - she was alert , and on top of her area in the store ! Thank you for reading this, and If possible, give my regards to Carol...! ?
m	mike batt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like most Walmart Supercenters there is a huge variety of food items. From fresh fruit and vegetables to milk meats and cheese. The list is almost endless, snacks and treats of all nature. Clothing for all ages and a craft department. A significant change is you need to bring your own bags as they are not using plastic bags anymore. Hats off to them, our environment is the only thing we have in life that is open to everyone. It's our duty to protect and preserve the environment for future generations. There are few ma and pa stores left, mostly super stores of one kind or another. I incourage people to support your local business. But in this new world of economic crisis and inflation rates not seen since the 80s saving money while shopping is a number 1 priority for most of us. Also located off hwy 97s with a huge parking lot makes it convenient for locals and visitors especially if you're towing a rv or boat. That is a huge bonus by itself. With access to gas stations in the area may mean everything you need is in a reasonably small area. With turn lights at most intersections. If you're traveling through or visiting the area it's a great piece of the Okanagan, don't forget to support the local tourism while you're here.
D	Douglas Roth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just came home from the Walmart. I went through the self checkout. While I was running my purchases through the till there was a young Asian boy working. He stood behind me the entire time watching every move I made. After I paid he stopped me wanting to see my receipt. I mentioned to him that he was there watching my every move. He said he wasn't. I felt like I was being targeted as a thief. As I said to him the theft devices at the exit would let him know if I had missed something. I went to complain were I felt like I was only being apeazed. I have been in store and seen people leave without paying for items. So let's let the thieves leave and make the honest customers feel like they are the problem. I am now banning shopping at any Walmart. Remember who it is that's keeping you in a pay cheque
D	Denise Highfield on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one at the self checkouts told me I could get a free cloth bag. Till line ups were horrible, put more cashiers on. You do not pay me to self checkout. I should send you a bill for my time. Very poor indeed
C	Cindy Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not just a department store, also groceries, prescriptions, automotive, seasonal supplies, and the clothing is updated for every season. The store is clean, the washrooms are maintained often. I love going to this store.
O	Origins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my reviews I try to be as prudent as possible and to tell you as much relevant information as possible to ensure a good experience. In this case there are many value deals to take advantage of and many bargains the reason for three stars is the people that work there are not very helpful and do not have a customer care in mind. It seems very evident that many of the employees simply are not happy to be there and it shows in their none friendly approach to customers. The only person that remotely shows empathy and sympathy is the front door attendant. The reason for 3stars is the complete lack of customer appreciation that seems to prevail in all walmarts!

When I say WOW I scream WOWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i woke up this morning after drinking a flat of beer half way through the night forgetting I actually had to work so cracked one a half an hour before before I realized WOWWWWWWWW!!!!!! i need to get my ACE!!!! In GEAR!!!! So anyways after the conclusion that I needed to get my stuff together I arose off the deadly woke, I rolled out of there like the pilsbury doughboy getting rolled out, doughed out… almost put it in the oven for baby and me however I realized I was no longer playing playdoh with my son, I needed a great grande THERMOS to really wake me Up since all I function on is coffee…monster… redbull… wait no, no that’s not right it’s FIREBALL continuously in my blood stream, slice me once blood runs slice me twice ? Fireball pouring EVERYWHERE Also sorry I think the review was about the water bottle I actually had ice cubes still hard and ready to melt after a long 8 hour day of my job so yes very recommended.
