★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have repeatedly pointed out to cadhiers and customer service the outdated gallons of hand sanitizer and there has been no effort to remove them from the shelf even though the date is July 2021. How safe is that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m stuck in there parking lot , there service dept couldn’t spare 5 mins to do a scan to see what the problem was ! The service staff should not be allowed to interact with that attitude !!
I personally will never take anything to that store !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can be a bit hard to find things, some items appear in places that make no sense. For instance we found bike racks, ones that sit on the floor and stand two bikes up at the opposite end of the store to the actual bikes and bike equipment. They were in an aisle with other brackets and straps so there is a hidden logic, but we only found them because we searched the website with the correct store selected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only giving 2 stars because the guy who actually helped us was great unlike the majority of the staff especially the cashier who was so rude she bordered on downright nasty.
Customer service is absolutely atrocious here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really terrible service here. The manager here must think we are still in the 1980s from a customer service perspective. Got the "Spanish Inquisition" trying to return something I bought there, which incidentally was never opened. Would benefit from modern day customer service staff training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm as kind as I can be to a store that has it all except customer care. Though the store has almost everything you may need in a household, it lacks in customer appreciation. Too often that I have been there and needed help I was met with very unfriendly workers that were frustrated and irritated by questions, this came from the older workers that have been there for year's and somehow feel that they are not responsible for answering product related questions for people. The younger staff however is helpfull and eager to help. The older staff need to learn these traits from places like Cheebas the cannabis store, where every customer is golden and appreciated. Businesses all over should take notes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The return policy is criminal. If you are issued a return card, it expires after 1 year. regardless of the amount of money you have on the card. You are not informed of this when issued the card. Went in yesterday to buy something, pulled out the card I've had for about 13 months, and was told the balance is $0.00 because it expired. So $100.00 or so of my money, they have kept due to this policy. Brutal. I'll never buy from CT again!
