The gentleman working Friday Sept 10th evening was very helpful. Great service.
The food was absolutely amazing!!!
We will definitely be back for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This modest bakery was a great stumble upon! The staff was friendly and candid while answering all our questions and helping us with our selection. We got a maple pecan long John that was a little dry but the Kelownut was absolutely delicious and a must try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was super excited to go to this bakery. From the moment I stepped foot into the bakery I got a feeling like I wasnt welcome there. No one greeted me or asked if I needed any help. I’m sure their baked goods are nice and delicious but their customer service needs a little more work. A welcoming warm presence goes along way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents went to get some dark rye bread like they would get in the kelowna store they were told to go to the kelowna store. My parents are elderly and can't drive to kelowna anymore. Very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Donuts are great but the lady that served me does not know what customer service is. It was my first time visiting the bakery so I asked which donuts were their most popular. She replied "all of them". I laughed it off and asked again, telling her it was my first time and I'm taking them as dessert for a dinner. She didn't care to help, started rushing me and telling me that there were people waiting behind me. Felt really upset after leaving the store. Don't think I'll go back if she's working there.
