Gave us a super deal within our budget that included platform, a superb mattress, sheets, and free set up and delivery. My 95 year old father loves the comfort of his new bed. Delivery company was friendly and efficient, respectful and very tidy. Top marks to Sleep Country - we will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sleep Country service and support is fantastic. We are so impressed with their customer support and warranty program. We have purchased several mattresses from Sleep Country always with wonderful knowledge and service from West Kelowna team. Recently we purchased a mattress that ended up with a flaw in materials (manufacturer issue). We were so pleased with how Sleep Country handled warranty (replacement of product) was so fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales person Ken Thompson was friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful in the process of choosing, and deciding which mattress to buy. With all his help and recommendations we ended up purchasing the wrong set anyways, which was our fault of course, not his.
After 2 weeks or so we were not fully satisfied with our choice (most likely wasn't the mattresses but the aging bodies) we had to change to SIMBA 5000 which now we love and enjoy fully. The delivery was fantastic as well..
