After living with a sore back for 5 years, I stopped in at the Lethbridge store and asked about having it replaced. I was expecting a pro-rated replacement, but to my surprise, after answering questions and uploading photos with measurements, Sleep Country deemed it defective and replaced it with a brand new mattress for no charge! Very pleased with the overall experience and outcome!

He provided us with all the knowledge and options as well as helped work with our budget and needs it was fabulous to have a salesman who could be honest real and relatable he helped us shuffle or budget with the products to ensure we had what we needed and was most important. I also had to purchase a $160 cover for said mattress or there would be NO warranty according to the salesman here in Lethbridge, AB. It turned out this cheaply made cover does NOT fit the mattress and they wouldn't exchange it...I can only imagine the difficulties should something happen to the mattress itself! I would NOT buy from Sleep Country again.
J	Jenna Jewison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed with the service from this store. We bought a king bed, headboard, and mattress from this location and selected a delivery date. They said they would call between 8-9 to give a delivery time which never happened, we had to call the store when it opened and it took all day for them to give us a delivery time between 5-7PM and then no one came. We got a call close to 8 saying the truck broke down and the delivery wouldn't happen. It got delivered days later - we already had our original bed moved out of the room and had to find alternate sleeping arrangements. Then, the mattress and frame finally came, but the headboard was missing with no estimated delivery date. The headboard came about a month later, and the middle support legs and the cross beams of the frame broke around this time. They replaced the bed, but again did not call to give a delivery time (when they said they would and warned us we would be charged if we weren't there). They just showed up telling us it was our responsibility to take apart the bed for them. We were given a sheet set for our troubles and they did repair the bed and it has been holding up so far, but the whole process was a nightmare, and extremely inconvenient for a very expensive purchase.

My wife (broken back as a teen) and myself (sleep apnea) were in dire need of assistance for our better health. I am happy to report that we have found a product that has enhanced our sleeping experience and overall well being. We would recommend the essential and tranquil adjustable bed. Although not cheap (we also got the extended warranty for the programable remote), we all know that you can’t put a price on quality rest. My wife and I are sleeping better than we have in years. Don’t get me wrong, it is not a cure, but we are far more comfortable and better rested as a result of this bed selection. Beyond that: delivery time was as promised, set up was quick and our beds were programmed on the spot to our specifications. If you are a back or side sleeper like us, I would suggest this is the bed for you. Still not sure… take Sleep Country up on their sleep satisfaction guarantee! The money I spend now, will save on mental anguish and physical pain in the future. My only regret is that we didn’t purchase this bed sooner!

We went in to purchase a bed frame and he really went the extra mile to find what we were looking for. Would highly recommend going in and asking for Chris if you want an awesome shopping experience. We couldn't have been happier with trying to pick something out!!

It finally came time to replace it and so naturally we went back to them to purchase a new one. My family and I walked into the store and the salesman came over and began speaking to me about available mattresses. When I told him I was looking to purchase one, he told me that I needed to put a mask on. I asked him if that was necessary, and he said it was store policy. I then told him we would take our business elsewhere. Sad to see businesses in Lethbridge that force this draconian standard on their patrons. The only way we will get past this as a society is by standing up and saying “no.” We went to a nearby retailer and bought 2 mattresses and a dresser. We weren’t even asked to put a mask on. I would urge everyone to support businesses that don’t push this ridiculous nonsense. Maybe if company’s like this lose enough business, they’ll smarten up.
