Best Grocery store in Canada

R	Rebecca Elizabeth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open late, unlike most other places in Lethbridge. Huge store with an assortment of departments. Disorganized and confusing layout. Grocery, Joe Fresh, electronics, kitchen, baby, outdoor appliances, stationary, and more. Lots of departments here, plus 14 cash lash and a self checkout. I would recommend this Superstore, although I was personally disappointed by the lack of cheese boards.

Recently veggies and fruits have been coming out of the package spoiled. Beyond that, cashiers are terrible. I watched our cashier today sit on their phone while they waited for the last customer to frantically bag up their stuff while they looked on. It drives me nuts cashiers refuse to help with your bagging which usually results in long lines and an all around bad experience right at the end of your visit. Won’t be shopping there anymore.

She also told me about the most beautiful ferns in the garden center!! I bought 2!! It’s always the best when I get to meet her there. She always has a tip or something helpful to say!!

Most items I needed were in stock with the exception of a few spices, but it is the season for baking. The cashier who helped me was extremely friendly. The only disappointment was the lack of infant boys and toddler boys clothing. There is quite the selection for girls…. Boys…. Not so much.
K	K N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has a serious heat problem. I choose not to even shop here anymore because it’s so uncomfortable. It is SO hot. Last time I was in the store I heard another costumer complaining about the heat as well so I know I’m not the only one! It’s February not the middle of summer. Also the boneless, skinless chicken thighs always, always have bone in them. My kids have almost choked. This store has gone downhill for sure.

Superstore was such a wonderful place where the moment you walked in it felt unreal. It might sound weird but when I started working here I felt welcomed, and for the year and 8 months I spent while working here I’ve learnt so many things including what it takes to be part of a team . Everyone I’ve met was beyond great and amazing, I’ve made wonderful friends that I’ll never forget . Working at superstore felt great especially serving customers and seeing the satisfaction, and I loved organizing the ENITER meat department!!!,But unfortunately my family decided to pack and and leave Alberta and move across the country to Hamilton Ontario. It happened in a blink of an eye, but I’d trade it all just to go back. I loved superstore and not in a weird type of way, I got encouraged to graduate high school from my fellow meat department colleagues and with they’re support I did!!! Why am I leaving this review at 12 in the morning? I’m not sure, but I needed to get that out.thank you super store!!! ( if someone rich enough reads this, please bring my family back ?)
