★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the pharmacy employees were so rude to me during my visit.
The beauty shop employees are so unwelcoming especially to people of color. The moment you ask advise on products it feels like they are bothered by how they answered me. I didn't like the two experiences.
Change your customer relations attitude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever i try to refill a prescription here it takes upward of 1 hour. After i go up and ask about it, the reason is they forgot to call me. Perhaps they simply forgot about my medication too. (?) Why bother offering to callback if they forget to? And if i were to try to renew the prescription when i got no doses left, am i supposed to suffer 1 hour for it? I think the staff at this location needs more billing & transferring training. It will cost me more to use another location, since this end can't handle transfers apparently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off prescription. Waited the advised half hour. Came back. Stood there for an additional 20 minutes before being acknowledged as the wrong person. Found out my prescription was waiting for me in a drawer the whole time. Maybe just ask someone what they're waiting on if they're standing right in front of you. Going elsewhere henceforth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment a week ago to get my Covid shot, because they were very busy, when I came in to go to my appointment which I live deep north and spend almost an hour to get their I got
rejected and they told me I don’t have an appointment. So don’t ever go their for a pharmacy or the main store they don’t know heck all, Poor service!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went at the store to look for some fever pads for my 2 year old child. To save time from looking for it i asked the indian pharmacist if they have some pads and he said no but i still tried looking for some because i can see that he’s just not interested helping me. Good thing i still roamed around and found it. It’s just disappointing that he didn’t even try.

Lady name Laura she just need to learn how to behave to customers, act like she is Doing something when you are on till to pay and she will look at you and let you wait there for couple of minutes without any reason . No Eye contact not even hi or hello . I thought we were not existent in store ,or just bcoz she don’t like our skin or the way we speak English never going back to this store .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really piss poor service from the pharmacy. Wow. Ask for the Moderna booster, nobody knows much, finally, oh yeah, we have it, book it online at SDM website. Website says they Don't have it. Therefore can't book it. Don't answer phone calls. Just stupid, 1 hrs drive. Too bad, it's a good store but do you think I'm coming back.

The actual Shoppers had a lot of paging going on. It was frankly a little irritating as it went on for the entire ten minutes I was in there; “Pharmacy please call 101”.
The self checkout was easy, and the team member at the cosmetics counter was knowledgeable and engaged during our interaction.
