★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will not be going back any time soon. Just went with my husband for a little date night the girl making his ice cream was chewing gum and popping bubbles with it. I found 5 hairs in my ice cream because nether of the girls working had hair nets on. Not impressed and will be contacting a manager or owner tomorrow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get an ice cream cone tonight and as soon as I walked into the store, the two girls working looked miserable. On top of that, they were giving each other looks while we were standing right in front of them. Did not say hi or anything which was odd. Then I started eating my ice cream with raspberry in it, and the raspberry tasted rotten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice cream's good but customer service was lacking. Seems like we were a bother to the guy working when we visited today. We just wanted a nice experience for our niece but it all seemed very rushed from the start and we were the only ones in there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tend to go to this location more so than any other and the sole reason is the kind service. The staff is very patient and courteous despite it being busy or not. They always seem to love their job, and on top of it all, they know their stuff about each flavour. I have had flavours that range from chocolate to strawberry and everything in between. Being able to taste test what you are buying always helps too! They even have dairy free options if you are needing that! Cakes and other prepared ice cream is also available for purchase in the freezer across from the main counter. Thank you Marble Slab for the delicious treat!

She helped me decide on what to get and recommend some delicious toppings as well as cone! I will definitely be coming back to this location! Such kind girls working there and excellent customer service! Just lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried Cheesecake (mixed with Skor, caramel and Oreo) and Salted Caramel on a vanilla dipped waffle cone. Ice cream flavours were not true to taste, the cone's texture felt kinda weird. A bit steep for ice cream, overall the staff was nice and area - clean.
