Thier manager out right told me it was my fault that the clerk made an error. When I had admitted we missed a document but the clerk missed the oversight too. Then spoke down to me and was very condescending. Very unprofessional.

Best bank and branch ive banked with in 40 yrs. Big toast to Jackey Cook tries to help and understands the customer explains all with no BS even if she can't sort it. Dont use. Any other bank until you have checked them out A+++++++ well done CIBC south Lethbridge.

Bought our first home with CIBC. Due to an error made in their back office in Toronto our documents were incorrect. Megan, our lender, became superwoman. She worked late and pulled strings to get our docs to close the next day and even personally picked them up and brought them to the notary all the way in the crowsnest pass, before rushing to get them back so we could take possession. Thanks for everything you did for us!

Went to do some banking, lady said she would call me last Friday. Never did. Then I called for 2 days never got answer so left a voicemail... so much of "Will call back at the end of the business day". So I called and she knew my answer but never called. RUDE. Probably changing banks now. Also *update* went to cancel my account, and lady asked if I needed help.. so i told her, and she said "So and So will help you". Even though she literally went and sat back down in her office and left me there for 15 minutes until some other customer came in... just horrible customer service, I will never recommend this place.

Pretty much useless bank no tellers and they dont keep much cash in there atm only got 40 $ from the thing when I needed 190$ wow . This bank definitely doesn't treat there customers right either, they have put me though hell the last month!!! with no bank access over a bounced cheak that I already put the money back in for once I spoke to the person who wrote it that day!!! Have provided all the evidence providing I didnt write the cheak myself !!! And have spent nearly a full day trying to get ahold of investigation team. Dosent let me leave a voice mail either when I press 1. Theres much much more reasons to why you should never use this bank!!! Just look at there reviews!!!!! I started a new job to and it is very hard to talk to investigations when there only open 6am to 2pm Alberta time and they wont call you themselves for weeks on end. so yes if I could rate cibc a 0 i would definitely!!!

Large, newly built CIBC location with several bank teller desks, 24 hr ATM’s, and a drive thru banking centre. There were many signs indicating their covid-19 policies. Additionally, they were heavily pushing their mobile app. The ATM’s were clean, modern, and easy to use. This location was busy.

I started banking here 5 years ago. My last visit with their new advisor was terrible. The Line of credit, and account changes I tried to make Were never submitted properly and I was left hanging for over a week with no communication or updates. Not to mention this advisor pushing some stupid credit card multiple times, even though I clearly stated the one I was interested in. Felt like I was talking to a salesman not a supposedly professional financial advisor. He also made changes to the way my banking fees would be charged on my account. And the only reason I noticed was cause I carefully read the fine print. And even then he made it too annoying to change it back, In that meeting.
