M	Marie Godsalve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven't been out Costco for a while. Did some Christmas dinner shopping. I find the prices a little high. Going up to the till went fast as it was very busy. Good customer services.
J	Jason Pickeirng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased tires at this location in 2020. Tried multiple times to get in and get service and no one ever answers phone calls at tire shop. Lethbridge has horrible customer service. They lady at the til was super rude. The manager got called to tire shop. Their manager on duty was very rude and not concerned about anything. Just there to collect a paycheque. I miss having my service at the shop by Tyler. He is an amazing guy and needs to find a better job where he’s not around a bunch of horrible people. Can’t believe a guest to the shop would be treated this way. I’m hearing a lot of this lately from this shop. The lady then tells me after I told her I’m currently not a member do to Covid. I can’t help non members with tires they’ve purchased here. Then I ask for a manager and gets very defensive and says fine I’ll call a manager. she then says my appointment is good and if I need to purchase something I need to have a membership. I understand that but I’ll I’m here for is a free warranty tire rotation. Then the manager came and he doesn’t care about anything unless you have a membership. For the poor customer service all around I think myself and other people should rethink going to Costco for tires!! Kaltire is a far better tire shop. Great customer service and much easier to get an appointment due to having more staff.

(One is 2 years old and the other is 2 months.) as I was going up to self checkout the employee offered to help scan my items and as she was scanning another employee walks up and started to ask questions about my child in the car seat. Whenever I go shopping I put a cover on the car seat so my little one is not disturbed. The employee asks “is there a baby in there?” I say “yes” she then asks “girl or boy?” I say “girl”. Then as I go to pay for my items she walks up to the car seat and pulls the cover down to look inside. “Oh you’re right, there is a baby in here” I didn’t know what to say. It was as if she was expecting to find stolen products in there instead of my little girl. I did not appreciate her looking at my child without permission. Not sure if people use car seats as a way to steal items but it wasn’t appreciated to have someone assume you are going to steal and to have a stranger touch your child without asking. I usually don’t have any issues but today was different.

Had my food at the till ready to be checked out and was then told that I can’t use my fiancés card, that I have been using for 3+ years, because it’s non-transferable. When the cashier called the manager over, they said “her boyfriend isn’t here to verify it” so I can’t use my card. Never had a problem for 3+ years until today. Will not be returning, and instead will go somewhere else where my money is actually wanted.

Browsed the aisles, no inventory???? Like they used too. Again, very disappointed. Got fresh vegetables, frozen veggies and Haddock fish, meat, all is excellent, fresh. Great customer service, very helpful employees in the Store.

He is so friendly and welcoming, and has an upbeat and positive attitude no matter how chaotic/busy the store is. Thanks for being great at your job, Glen!!! You are very much appreciated!

Always good warehouse deals and prices are generally cheaper than most other places if you are willing to buy large quantities. Customer service has always been exceptional. A membership is required to shop here which is just over $60/yr for a regular membership if I remember correctly. If you do a lot of shopping the Executive membership is worthwhile for double the price as you get cash back on your purchases. The food court also has very reasonable snacks and meals.

It is predictable in its upcoming seasonal items and well placed reminders of what is needed around the house and yard. Costco is a great place to shop. We have been members for many years and always feel well taken care of. Recently we dived into their online clothing selection. I must say it was also a great experience. If you’re reading this review and considering getting a membership, go ahead, it is well worth it in the end. Yes, there are other stores to shop at too. We certainly can’t find everything at Costco, but we sure find a lot of great savings, the right selection from electronics to a gallon of milk. Oh, and their furniture online is fantastic too ?
