★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, the online system is bad, I tried to gain access to online by trying to change my password, never works. I never get a response. I did notify Reitmans my change of address. No response. How many times do I have to create an account?
Second, shopping in the store, two clerks were gossiping about a customer, who happen to be in the store at that time.
